Agreement

The 29th of August 2019 an exclusivity distribution agreement between Aethera biotech (specialized in production of meristematic cells), Riverson and PNP has been signed for the introduction of Aethera biotech in Japan. The parties have expressed their intention of entering the Japanese market in the field of cosmetics and food supplements with concrete results during the second half of 2020.
